Terms of service

By placing an order with Vora Noire, you agree to the following terms.

Vora Noire is a monthly subscription service priced at $129 per month. Billing occurs on the 6th of each month. You may skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal before the 6th of the month. Cancellations made before the 6th will not be charged for the following month.

Novel selections may be changed through your account portal before the 4th of the month. After the 4th, selections are locked for that month's fulfillment.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. If an item arrives damaged or missing, please contact support@voranoire.com within 7 days of delivery. For order-specific questions or change requests, contact orders@voranoire.com.

Vora Noire reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of any changes.
