By placing an order with Vora Noire, you agree to the following.

Every Vora Noire box is a one-time purchase at the price shown at checkout. There is no subscription, no recurring billing, and no enrollment period.

Boxes are packed by hand and ship within 2–3 business days, with shipping included to the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia.

Because each box is assembled to order, orders cannot be modified once placed. Contact orders@voranoire.com as soon as possible and we'll help where we can.

Returns and exchanges are not accepted. If anything arrives damaged or missing, contact support@voranoire.com within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace or refund it.

Vora Noire reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any changes.
