Refund policy

All sales are final. Due to the curated and perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns or process refunds.

If your box arrives damaged or is missing an item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@voranoire.com with a photo of the issue. We will replace the affected item or apply a credit toward your next box.
